Krasnodar Pashkovsky International Airport (IATA: KRR, ICAO: URKK) is the primary commercial airport serving Krasnodar, the administrative center of Krasnodar Krai in southern Russia. Located approximately 12 kilometers northeast of the city center in the Pashkovsky district, it is one of the busiest airports in southern Russia.
The airport handled several million passengers annually before international operations were significantly curtailed following geopolitical developments in 2022. It served as an important hub for domestic routes connecting Krasnodar with Moscow, Saint Petersburg, and other Russian cities, as well as previously offering international connections to European and Middle Eastern destinations.
The airport underwent modernization investments in the years prior to 2022, improving terminal facilities and airside infrastructure. Russian carriers including Aeroflot and S7 Airlines operated regular services from the airport, and it played a key role in supporting tourism to the nearby Black Sea and Caucasus resort regions.
