Valencia Airport (IATA: VLC, ICAO: LEVC) is the primary commercial airport serving the city of Valencia and the surrounding Valencian Community in eastern Spain. It is the fourth busiest airport in Spain by passenger traffic and handles a significant mix of domestic, European, and international routes.
The airport is operated by Aena, Spain's national airport authority, and has seen considerable growth in recent decades driven by tourism to the Mediterranean coast and the city's rising profile as a destination. It handled approximately 8–9 million passengers annually in the years following the COVID-19 pandemic recovery.
Valencia Airport played a notable role in hosting logistics during the 2007 America's Cup, which was held in Valencia. The facility has undergone multiple modernization projects to expand capacity and improve passenger experience.
